About The Story Behind Pham’s Bánh Mì

I created Pham’s Banh Mi from a deeply personal place. Rooted in family, movement, and the role food has always played in my life.

Growing up, everything revolved around family. Meals weren’t just about eating; they were about connection, sharing, and showing love through food. Bánh mì was always a staple food, simple, accessible, full of flavor and intention. It’s something that has stayed with me throughout my life.

At the same time, I’ve always lived a fast-paced lifestyle. Life moves quickly, and I needed food that could keep up, something convenient and satisfying without compromising on quality. That’s where Pham’s Banh Mi was born: at the intersection of traditional roots and modern-day movement.

I focus on fresh baguettes, house-made pickled vegetables, and balanced flavours that bring together the perfect mix of savoury, tangy, and vibrant notes. Every sandwich is made with the same mindset I grew up with care, consistency, and respect for the ingredients.

    For most weekday corporate lunches, we accommodate smaller groups starting around 10–15 guests. For larger events, we scale seamlessly to 100+ guests.

    If you’re unsure, send us your guest count, and we’ll guide you to the perfect setup.

  • I recommend placing your order at least 5 business days in advance to guarantee availability.

    For large events or peak seasons (summer, holidays, corporate end-of-quarter events), earlier booking is strongly encouraged.

  • I take food safety seriously and prepare all items in compliance with Québec food safety standards.

    However, our kitchen handles common allergens including gluten, soy, sesame, peanuts, fish sauce, dairy, and eggs.

    While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a fully allergen-free environment.
